So, to answer your question, I think it's a combination of both. Me saying that the item appears "limited" does not negate there being a lot of people interested in purchasing it. Combine low inventory with high demand and this is where we are. But my original point still stands. Universal appears to have significantly underestimated the demand for this item and not supplied stores with a proper amount of inventory.
