About this deal

Not the surrealist – “Dali” stands for “Danish Audiophile Loudspeaker Industries”, and they’re a seasoned brand that has earned near-universal plaudits for its entry-level and mid-range hi-fi speakers.

KEF's MAT ( Meta Material Absorption Technology) innovation has been elevating the performance of its most recent speakers (the Award-winning LS50 Meta above is a prime example), so it was only a matter of time before the tech was integrated into its 2023 R Series of speakers. Sure enough, the R3 Meta standmounter features both MAT and KEF's Uni-Q driver array to great success.Well, let’s dot the i’s. Our opinion is that babies have no problems with linearity at HF. There is only some (and seemingly intentional) roll-off at the highest frequencies. This is good for those cases when the monitors have to be paired with a “sharp” receiver or a cheap source, the sound of which is neither clear nor natural. Acoustics will soften dryness, make the sound more plastic and comfortable. These might be PMC's entry-level standmounts, but they sound anything but (and they're not exactly cheap, either). That's hardly surprising – they're measured and listened to alongside the firm's reference models, and feature the same 27mm soft dome tweeter and 13cm mid/bass driver taken from models further up the company’s line.

KEF's Q150 speakers are engineered to blend seamlessly with varied home audio environments. Their versatile nature allows them to shine in both stereo and home theatre configurations. A testament to their flexibility is their consistent performance even when placement adjusts, making them an adaptable asset to any audio or room layout. Features & Benefits

Supported Processor PCI Express Port Configurations

Typical ultimate vacuum of the pumping system in a clean instrument after pre-pumping and venting with dry nitrogen gas Processes Both Q150 and Q350 have rear ports to enhance bass, as a result, you should not place it very close to the wall. Also, bookshelf speakers should be placed on stands for best audio dispersion. Or you can place them on open shelves and make sure the tweeter remains at your ear level.

The Wharfedale 12.2 is also a fantastic speaker. I'd avoid being tempted by the current Monitor Bronze range. I found them all very disappointing. The Silver 50s (with a subwoofer) or Silver 100s would be worth a listen though. The Dali Spektor 2 is an exciting speaker, but I did not find it particular easy to listen to for long periods of time. The Dali Oberon range is more refined, but still has what to me sounds like a forward, "get up and go" sound. They are impressive speakers, but not especially relaxing to listen to (at least to me), and a little difficult to drive from my recollection. Made from lightweight yet rigid aluminium, the woofer unit is fast to respond and linear in its response. This helps give life-like dynamics and low levels of distortion. Using technologies developed in their high-end Concept Blade speakers, the Q250c offers attention to detail not usually seen in speakers at this level. The Z-Flex woofer surround gives superior cone control, helping it blend seamlessly with the treble unit for a more even and consistent sound.

Intel® Boot Guard

Extended Glass Cylinder Assembly. 220mm high (standard chamber is 133mm high). For increased source to sample distance and coating large samples. The more the sensitivity, the louder the speaker can get. Here the Q350 can get slightly louder and will need less power if compared to the sensitivity of the Q150. Dimension KEF has a subwoofer known as Kube you can add this sub with the KEF Q150 and Q350, if you seek deep bass. When You Should Go For Q150? The KEF Q350 costs almost twice the KEF Q150. So what’s doubling the price for a product that’s almost identical?
