The 50-inch model is less than 26mm deep, and across the range the bezels are nigh-on invisible. The screen itself can adjust for height on its two feet, so you can leave a big enough gap between the TV and the surface it’s standing on for one of the best soundbars if you wish. The feet are also adjustable for width on the 75-inch and 85-inch models, which is just as well – otherwise you’d need an extremely wide surface to stand your big television on, if not wall mounted. The Q60B range is compatible with Samsung’s ‘Slim Fit’ wall-mount, so if you’re not using your TV’s feet it can be mounted gratifyingly close to a wall – no ugly gaps. T: This letter represents the type of tuner. Here, T indicates it’s a twin DVB tuner; you may also see U being used, which represents a single DVB tuner. The second set of numbers indicates the model series. The higher the number, the more premium the TV is. Three digits refer to 8K models, while two digits relate to 4K models. The majority of the 2023 lineup, which includes Neo QLED, QLED, LED and QD-OLED models, is available to buy now from Samsung and various other retailers, though there may be a couple of additions to the range later in the year.

As premium models, these TVs are both available in a number of different screen sizes, though they all tend towards the larger end of things. It’s important to choose the most appropriate size for your specific circumstances, of course – too small and you’ll immediately regret it, too big and you’ll never shake the feeling of being intimidated by your own television. It’s also more accomplished where upscaling of sub-4K content is concerned, and uses some machine learning to attempt to bring greater three-dimensionality to on-screen images. E: This refers to the market the TV is on sale in, in this case, Europe. N signifies it’s a TV produced for the North American market, while A is for Asia and the Middle East.
