They are quite solitary and tend to stay away from everything and everyone. No matter if they are a crewmate or an impostor, Yellow is almost never the first one to go - some people might even forget there even exists a Yellow! In a way, Purple is very similar to Red - however, they almost never get suspected (even if they're actually an impostor).
