Dream journal- put the notebook on your nightstand and when you wake up remembering a dream you can journal about it.
Brain dumps- get into a mood where you have a ton going on in your mind? Then turn one of your empty notebooks as the place you use as a brain dump.According to a 2018 study, the average employee will spend 25% of their lives working. But what we do with the other 75% of our lives is up to us. It’s important to carve out time to enjoy what the world offers, make new friends, create new family traditions, and build memories. Maybe it’s simply telling you starting a garden you can take pride in is one of your life goals. Letters– you can use the notebook to write letters to yourself or others that you don’t actually send to express yourself honestly.

Put important information about your life, home, family, etc all in one notebook. If some of their suggestions puzzle you, ask them why they think you should add them to your list. You may find that, even though you don’t write down their initial suggestion, it inspires you to think of another goal.
