About this deal

Just like its name Eternity moment is a long lasting fragrance. Without being too strong it stays on for 7+ hours (even more if layered). It's all flowers, no base notes to sweeten it up, I don't get any amber or woods. Just full on fresh white flowers and the kinda savoury smelling sage note. The florals aren't even sweet ones. For some people that'd be great but for me I like gourmands so when I do like a floral it's usually got something like vanilla and amber in the base. I even like powdery perfumes and don't care when a perfume was made, some of my favourite perfumes ever are 80s and 90s classics or even older ones.

I have a travel bottle of Kayali musk that I’ve layered under this and it really softens it up, lovely combination. You HAVE to let it sit for like, 10-15 minutes before it really unfolds its profile to you. I must say, it doesn't hit my nose the way I expected it to by reading the notes but it sure is interesting. My first experience with this perfume was over 10 years ago. I was a teenager and i brought a 15 ml Eternity Moment together with a 15 ml etnerity. I liked Eternity Moment alright but admittedly it did not have the strong character that Eternity had. Eternity is so modern and so cold. Eternity Moment was however, a very pleasant lady like and easy to wear perfume. Although it is by no means the defining characteristic of this fragrance it is not without some sweetness. Its an element that emerges within the first hour once it warms on your skin but its not a transformation of the initial scent but a rounding off of its sharp edges. To me this symbolises the initially daunting concept of eternity with another person suddenly seeming possible, a realisation that commitment, fidelity, and a lifetime together are something you want and something you’re determined to have. The softening of the scent makes me think of an older, dignified couple stealing a moment together and remembering they’re still the same sweethearts they used to be. This is lighter than what I usually go for but there's something about it I find intriguing. Maybe it's the passionflower in there which I always really enjoy. And I do like the peony which is not too overpowering maybe because it's getting along nicely with the litchee fruit. It's just lovely, and though its light, I enjoy spraying every few hours just to get those first fresh wafts of this beauty.

I always feel that the original Eternity (and Air for that matter) is perfectly suited to the warmer months as it has a very cold, metallic, ozonic and green freshness to it, Eternity Moment is equally suited to the warmer months, daily casual wear and for the office. Unlike most shower gel type scents, Eternity moment does have quite good lasting power and a nice moderate silage, it will last from 8am till 5pm quite well and is strong enough to get some compliments but not enough that it will fumigate a room.

It's a very well blended flowery green, high on the fresia and with a green carnation that never bores. Other white flowers tht bring on a mellow warm comforting amber musk cozy drydown.I find this scent to be likeable, and adorable: it's the kind of scent that makes us want to cuddle, at home. It also is a great romantic scent, and I can also see it as a great office perfume. Its longevity is more than decent and the sillage moderate-high in the first hours, and then moderate. Received the original for Christmas last year and found it smelled like an 80's powerhouse perfume and had to get rid of it. Most of us know a lady who’s generally very good looking, sleek and well groomed but with one eccentric feature; a crooked or exceptionally big nose, a deep almost masculine voice or something of the sort. This feature renders her unique and she carries it with such grace and confidence, never wants to hide or change it, and for that you admire her and wish her confidence would rub more on you. (Sarah Jessica Parker, Barbara Streisand and Joyce Meyer come to mind). However, there will always be haters and jealous people who’ll only see and mention this one feature disregarding the caring heart, commitment, strong personality or success she has. But yes. It's floral. Then fruity. NOT a linear perfume. Changes a lot from initial spray to skin-scent dry down.

The way that this unfolds is captivating. What I smell from a distance smells nothing like what I get when I bury my nose to my skin. The cloud surrounding me is creamy vintage floral- when I get closer it’s spicy carnations. Eternity Moment has the same base as Eternity with a lot of floral elements and a 'honey' on top. It's something sweet, but I can't tell where it comes from. So, I had no idea what this perfume would smell like not even looking at the notes. I was hoping for a floral fruity aquatic with prominent fruity aquatic notes, but it was not the case with this perfume. Not that I hate it but it was simply not what I was looking for. It's a nice and generic floral but nothing special or groundbreaking. I would dare say that sometimes I find it boring.
