Spend a decent amount of time ensuring that the wheel is running true with the frame. I didn't have a scientific way of doing this so I just eyeballed it + used a meter rule to help see angles vs. the frame. Bash true with a wooden mallet if necessary. Bend the pieces shown in the plans using a 3" CLR die. The digital level comes in to ensure both sides of the symmetrical 'U' shape pieces are straight.
