The OGX Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo is a clarifying shampoo designed for greasy hair. Since I have dry hair I was worried that this product might make my hair dryer, but I found it was actually quite moisturising. Some shampoos with powerful formulas, like certain anti-dandruff shampoos, contain ingredients that are strong enough to strip hair colour. These ingredients such as zinc pyrithione or sulfates can fade hair colour faster. The likes of dyed red hair tend to fade the fastest out of all of the colours, which is why there are shampoos out there made especially to enhance coloured hair, (a bit like shampoo for red hair.) This OGX shampoo calms flyaway strands and frizz with kukui nut oil, which is an ancient Hawaiian hair remedy. It contains a humidity resistant formula that leaves hair smooth, shimmering and glossy.
