You can keep and store your lamb pilau rice in the freezer for up to 2 months. Take it out of the freezer the night before serving, and leave it to thaw in the fridge/ refrigerator overnight. And reheat the rice until it is piping hot before you eat it. Then we can have it for a few days for lunch or freeze it for another day. The hotpot will keep in the fridge for a couple of days. Re-heat for a couple of minutes in the microwave or in the oven at 200˚C for around 15 minutes until piping hot.
