This dart-firing blaster is inspired by the iconic blaster from the Halo video game franchise and includes 10 Nerf Elite foam darts and a display stand You’ll also get a neat add-on code from Bungie for additional content for their upcoming Halo: Infinite. Up front, the blaster takes 4 “C” batteries, all in a row above the grip. In addition to fitting within the confines of the blaster, it also helps keep it balanced. The blaster doesn’t feel front heavy as a result of the battery tray placement. Scorch the battlefield with motorized dart blasting! Hold down the acceleration button to power up the motor, and press the trigger to fire WARNING: Do not aim at eyes or face. Use of eyewear recommended for players and people within range. The only other minor mention I have for the design is the attached charging-handle on the left of the gun can sometimes poke or catch on things if not careful (including the user) and will get in the way when trying to store it in the box it came in. Use caution when trying to remove it, as it is both difficult and precarious. The cheek rest pulls double duty as the jam door; I have yet to actually experience any jams in this blaster, however. The flexible needles light up when you grip the handle! Additional accent areas also light up on the blaster.
