About this deal

In almost every respect, the Oppo Enco X sound like the money’s-worth. Given the right stuff to deal with – by which, inevitably, we mean a nice big high-resolution audio file - the results are seldom less than impressive. Compared with traditional AAC transmission protocol(256Kbps), LHDC4.0 ultra-HD transmission protocol(900Kbps) has a three times higher bitrate than the former. LHDC transmission should be built via Bluetooth® connection between two LHDC-supported devices.

The six patented technologies are as follows: CN209390359U, CN209390360U, CN209526840U, CN209526870U, CN209526841U, CN209526873U. Coming to the buds, they sport a familiar design, with the head opting for a semi-in-ear fit and a long stem underneath. The outer part of the stem has a long vertical stripe which is actually a touch-sensitive surface (more on that later). Unlike most earbuds of this kind, the Oppo Enco Free has actual replaceable tips, which can be chosen based on the sort of a fit the user prefers. I believe that this is a superior way of interacting with your buds as taps on TWS buds usually shove them deeper into the ears making things uncomfortable. A swipe instead just glides across the surface. It is also more responsive and granular. Moreover, since a swipe is a two-dimensional movement (as opposed to the one-dimensional tap), it can also be used for a lot more scenarios which are more apt for content consumption. Play time data is based on OPPO laboratory tests conducted at 50% speaker volume in music mode. Specific times for charging and use will vary according to actual circumstances. Using OPPO Enco Free headphones in Cinema mode or Game mode will reduce their play time.

All Reviews

There’s plenty of dynamism on display too, both of the glaring ‘loud/quiet/loud’ type and the more subtle harmonic dynamics – as a result, Thom Yorke sounds poised and immediate. There’s nothing in-your-face about the way the Oppo present music, but at the same time they’re no shrinking violets. The midrange is detailed enough to extract all the nuance from Yorke’s vocal, while at the top of the frequency range there’s a great combination of substance and shine. Treble sounds will glint brightly when required, but even at considerable volume they never become hard or unruly. Talking about range, you better keep your phone with yourself or in your room, cause if you like to run around your house/workplace while keeping your phone at your charging/desk, you will find yourself annoyed with stuttering music. The earbuds support IP54 dust and water resistance, but the charging case is not. Avoid using the earbuds and charging case during strenuous exercise to prevent damage from perspiration.

An IPX4 sweat- and water-resistance rating isn’t the best, but is at least on a par with the AirPods. It’s perfectly sufficient for sweaty workouts or getting caught out in the rain; but you won’t be able to take a dip in the pool with these buds. Better noise cancellation can be found elsewhere, and some may find the fit a bit fiddly, but neither issue prevents the EAH-AZ80 getting a big thumbs up from us. Battery life: Earbuds will always have a stated battery life, as will the case used to charge them. Between 15 and 20 hours of total listening time is around average, though your mileage will vary depending on the volume at which you play your audio. Having advanced features such as ANC active will also drain your battery faster. Battery life is middling, and the codec support is limited to just SBC, but aside from these small issues, the House of Marley Redemption ANC 2 are well-rounded and great-sounding earbuds that are kinder to the planet than most. OPPO Enco Free headphones are designed to integrate seamlessly with your smartphone, optimising every aspect of your day-to-day listening. From improved gaming and video experiences and AI uplink noise cancellation during calls to the ease of slide and tap controls, it works with your mobile device to deliver new levels of wireless freedom. Radically redesigned cutting-edge audio. The charging time and battery life were tested in OPPO Laboratory at a temperature of 25°C using a standard OPPO charger. The actual results may differ slightly based on environmental factors and the charger used. While they have a comfortable fit for most people, they can pop out of your ears over time. This can affect how the earbuds deliver bass, so getting a good fit is important to ensure consistent sound delivery. If you want earbuds with a more comfortable fit overall, the Sony LinkBuds S Truly Wireless are another great mid-range option. They have a more stable fit but a weaker ANC performance, though this may be better suited for runs where you want to stay aware of your surroundings. The earphones are IPX4 dust and water resistant, but the charging case is not. Avoid using the earphones and charging case during strenuous exercise to prevent damage from perspiration.

If you want don’t want your ear canals filled while listening to music, the Apple AirPods 3 are simply the best wireless earbuds around, particularly if you own an iPhone. The initial connection process isn’t as straightforward as some of its competitors, given that you need to hold down the tiny connection key to enter pairing mode. It wouldn't really be an issue if you plan on using them with just one phone. Active noise cancellation is tested in various real-world scenarios that reflect common use cases such as tube journeys, walks through crowded urban areas and days in the office. We conduct side-by-side comparisons with similarly priced earbuds to assess performance and will always try out every feature a pair of buds has in its arsenal. These include microphone quality – tested during phone calls, conference calls over platforms like Google Meet and by recording voice clips – and the functionality of a companion app where available.A significant proportion of buds now favour the use of silicone tips, which seal off your ear canals and secure the buds in your ears far better. They also have the advantage of providing improved passive noise cancellation. Manufacturers typically provide a range of different-sized tips to help ensure you get the most comfortable and stable fit possible.

For instance, the standard small-sized silicon buds fit well on my ears, but aren’t very comfortable. It seems as if the innermost part is digging into my ear pinna, and occasionally begins to hurt. Of course, all ears are different, and your mileage may vary. If you liked the fit of the Apple AirPods, you’ll love these. The Samsung Galaxy Buds+ Truly Wireless are the best wireless earbuds for sound quality that we've tested. These headphones are a great choice for listening to all sorts of genres thanks to their neutral and balanced sound, which is more versatile than the similarly-priced Google Pixel Buds Pro Truly Wireless. Whether you're listening to bass-heavy genres like EDM or vocal-centric content like folk music, these buds reproduce voices and lead instruments with great clarity and accuracy. If you want to switch up their sound, there are a couple of different EQ presets in their app, too. You can use a Qi-compatible wireless charger to charge the case with the nameplate facing up. You can also charge the case using a phone that supports reverse wireless charging. The Dynaudio specification calls for a relatively complex coaxial dual-driver design. A 6mm balanced membrane driver, handling the higher frequencies, sits just slightly ahead of an 11mm triple-layer dynamic driver that takes care of the rest. By the standards of most similarly priced alternatives it’s an over-engineered solution, and more than a little promising where sound quality is concerned. Coming to battery-life, Good enough for a TWS in this price range,In my case, buds lasted 5-6 hours and the case lasted 3-4 days on full charge which takes 1 hour. please note, I consider myself as mild-user.Beyond their hardy credentials, they offer excellent noise cancellation, solid sound quality (including support for Dolby Atmos Spatial audio), extensive battery life and one of the most comfortable fits around. Microphone clarity and a charging time of four hours are underwhelming but by striking a fine balance between robustness and performance, the Elite 8 Active aren’t only an appealing option for those living a lifestyle, but cater to more sedentary types as well. It’s also important to test how well a pair of buds perform for non-music content. The Oppo Enco Free aces vocal output for content that is more speech-oriented. TV shows, movies and videos all benefit from this tuning. We were also delighted by the call quality on these. Parties on both ends had no complaints with the voice quality. There was some level of noise cancellation and vocal boosting going on, which made voices sound much clearer. It can get a little flat at the higher output levels, but that is a reasonable trade-off for better calls. There were no surprises with the audio quality. Right off the bat, they are tuned in a way to make music pop with slightly raised bass and overall balanced output. This surprisingly remains the case even at higher volumes, exhibiting no signs of distortion. Most average users should like the sound profile, but audiophiles will be left wanting for more. The product details and data are for reference only. Products parameters and descriptions may change for reasons including but not limited to supplier replacement. Please refer to actual products for all criteria. The 94 ms low latency was tested in OPPO Laboratory with the Enco X2 and OPPO Find X3 Pro, where "94 ms" is the time from when an on-screen button is tapped until the earbuds receive the sound.
