Training tops can be the Pony Club Sweatshirt over white shirt and tie, Pony Club Rugby Shirt (buttoned up), our new Training Tops, Polo Shirts. Hairnets must be worn with long hair. These look smart with a pony club scrunchie holding your bun in place. Being a MemberWe are an active and friendly pony club branch set in the rural area of Northamptonshire. Our members range in age from pre-school children right through to our senior members up to 25 years old. If the rally is full before the closing date, bookings will close early, and a waiting list will be created.Instructors – only Instructors with up to date qualifications as required by the Pony Club are employed. Body Protectors are compulsory for all cross-country riding and Pony Racing whether it be training or competing. For general use, the responsibility for choosing body protectors and the decision as to their use must rest with members and their parents. It is recommended that a rider’s body protector should not be more than 2% of their body weight. When worn, body protectors must fit correctly, be comfortable and must not restrict movement. Please ensure that the insert is completed properly, is legible and not faded. New clothing is not expected, but what is worn must be clean, neat and tidy. Jeans should not be worn when mounted except when specifically allowed by certain sports. As a minimum shoulders must be covered for all riding activities, except for Sports where long sleeves are compulsory. We provide products for the rider, for the yard worker and for all seasons.

These are to be in accordance with guidance and meet recommended Safety Standards as detailed in the Rulebooks. With experience of producing equine wear for Team GB for the Rio Olympics in their previous roles, JS Teamwear continue to enjoy producing high quality products for events such as Royal Windsor Horse Show and Burghley; and teamwear for organisations such as HOYS and Hartpury University. Berwyn and Dee organise an average of two rallies per month throughout the year. Many of these are held at Radfords Equestrian Centre with its all-weather outdoor school and indoor school, but we are also very fortunate to have a number of families who lend us their facilities and we are very grateful to those families for their support. To ensure consistent use and presentation of The Pony Club brand, Branches and Centres are required to use suppliers who are authorised to use the trademark for their clothing and other merchandise. The Pytchley Hunt Branch was established in 1930 and is part of Pony Club Area 7. As we were one of the first branches to be formed we are one of the oldest branches and are allowed to wear our own tie, the burgundy and silver, rather than the purple and yellow of Pony Club. The Pony Club requires that all rallies must be open to all members, unless there is an age restriction placed on it. Groups of riders at the rally will then be organised based on the abilities of rider and horse/pony as far as possible. It is important to book in as early as possible so that the groups can be organised according to abilities and so that the necessary instructor hours can be arranged. Members who wish to be considered for Area competitions must have attended a minimum of three rallies since the 1st July the previous year.Between us we have over 18 years’ experience in the clothing industry and pride ourselves on a job well done. Inter-branch competitions for all ages and abilities provide superb opportunities for Pony Club members to indulge their passions for dressage, tetrathlon, mounted games, show jumping and the excitement of riding fast across country.
