The Foxsat-HDR can record HD in non-freesat mode, and with aid of the Custom Firmware plus a small software patch will record HD without encryption even in Freesat mode. None of these however will do all the other things the OP wants. After I carried out new installation, re-tune without aerial etc to no avail I tried it at a neighbours house where it found both the com7 and com 8 muxes.
