I've got a 2008 Ford Transit 2.2 that won't start or crank, it remains immobilised with the red flash in led on dash. It was reported that the fault developed from being difficult to start, then sometimes it would cut out, and now it doesn't crank. Currently i'm being lead to believe that there is a power/ground issue somewhere. Note : . Ensure the vehicle battery is fully charged and the anti-theft alarm system is not armed or triggered.

What can we say about these other than the terrible design, shoddy manufacture and short life-span?
