About this deal

The project will feature native materials and energy-efficient technology. Hollybrook Homes is targeting LEED Certification for some of the homes and the development will employ water-saving techniques and use indigenous plants in the landscaping to protect and align the community with the native environment. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a national benchmark from the U.S. Green Building Council for the design, construction, and operation of high-performing green buildings.

This book had a pretty good beginning not only because of the romance but because of the mystery murder subplot. I liked the sidecharacters, especially Griffin´s siblings and Winn´s pops. The storyline was really sweet and I loved how the epilouge already teased Juniper Hill. Developer: Hollybrook Homes is a family-owned developer/contractor, successfully delivering projects since 1987. They have bases in the UK, Ireland, and the USA.I relate to female characters who don't have any unnecessary quirky traits, who are assertive, hard-working and reasonable. Her inner dialogues were super easy to follow and it was such a smooth ride.

Seamlessly blending style, comfort, and functionality, Indigo Champions Ridge simplifies your daily routine. I loved the mystery element of the story. I love that it's not predictable and really kept you guessing until the final revelations. I also loved the relationship between Winn and Griff. Winnie is no push over and she doesn't take any of Griff's attitude. But it also doesn't take long for their chemistry to push past all of their boundaries and man was it satisfying to see Griff's possessive side show through. don't even get me started on the fking creep named frank. i was honestly petrified every time he said "cutie" EW please don't. anyway, this was so anticlimactic. all the boring as shit build up up to literally 80% of the book, just for me to put it together before anything happens. so disappointing. Thirty year old Winslow Covington had worked ten years with the 'Bozeman Police Department' before becoming Montana’s new chief of police, and is related to the town’s mayor. This series introduces the Eden family, a founding family of sorts in Quincy, Montana. I will say that I didn't really get full enemies to lovers vibe here. Generally, I expect a bit more push and pull with that trope, but this one still hit the spot. The romance, the mystery, the small town and their charismatic residents, all of it just hit the spot just right for me. We also get a sneak peek into the rest of the Eden siblings, and I can't wait to learn more about them in their books. Heat level: Alright. They have some tension, chemistry, and scenes -- but not so much it takes away from the story. Whether you’re crushing career goals in our Wi-Fi Lounge, playing with the pup at the dog park, or enjoying gorgeous sunsets from the comfort of our sparkling swimming pool, Indigo Champions Ridge has everything you need to make the most of every moment. I did listen to this on audible, and if you are an audible girl, I guarantee you... JASON'S VOICE FOR GRIFFING ruined me. Both narrators on this did such an amazing job. I believe half of my rating for this at this moment is because of how amazing the narration for this book was, of course the good writing also had a role in it.

I think the only characters I really liked without any faults were his siblings because they were funny.

but the writing style even without counting smut scenes was so ridiculous. i read adult book after all, why then it feels like i read a book about preteens also written about some preteen?? As clues to the murderer lead to one of Quincy's own, Griffin realises Winslow is more than he gave her credit for.

Indigo Ridge is an urban oasis in booming Cedar Park, Texas—the premier growth city in the North Austin corridor—with the second fastest growing workforce in the United States. The mixed-use development includes office, living, retail/dining, hotel, and recreational uses. It will be the premier destination to dine, shop, work, live, and relax. what kept me going was the murder mystery, i was so intrigued and just wanted to find out what really happened. i loved !!! that there was a good balance between the romance and the plot. The ranch was all I'd ever wanted. From the time I was a kid, I'd known that I'd live and die on this place. My heart belonged to the land. My soul was tethered to the earth. A day of honest work gave me peace.” Griffin Eden have always lived in the small town Quincy, Montana with his whole family. They’re know as “Quincy royalty”. Griffin has now taken over his father’s ranch. On night at a bar Griffin meets a girl, he only thought she was a tourist, and that he’d never see her again. But we can all guess how that’s gonna go… Book 1 follows Winslow & Griffin after a one night stand on the first night Winslow moves to Quincy, Montana. Neither of them are looking for a relationship, but the two of them can’t stay away or keep their hands off each other. Not only is the romance of this book a favorite, I also live for suspense plots and mortal peril, which Devney does so well.

So, as I said, Indigo Ridge is the first installment in Devney Perry’s new series called The Edens and, as you can imagine, is focused on the stories about the Eden siblings. This one starts with Griffin Eden’s story, the oldest sibling in the family. Griffin is the ranch manager, the brother who is always taking care of his siblings and a man not willing to compromise with any woman. Enter Winslow Covington. She is the new chief of police in Quincy, she is trying to fit in, and she happens to share a one-night stand with Griffin that is impossible to forget. These two fight against their continuous chemistry but it’s not that easy. Especially when they are forced to work together in a heartbreaking murder case. i wish the suspense part of the story was a little more developed. the big reveal at the end came out of nowhere and felt a bit disconnected to the rest of the story. but the romance is pretty spot on! the relationship is cute and has that small town charm to it. both characters are likeable and their connection to one another is enjoyable to read about. I am honestly super impressed. I loved Devney's writing. Small town romance, double pov + investigative work. Winslow is new in town, but not really. Quincy is the town that her father grew up in and her grandfather is the mayor and she is getting ready to start as the new police chief. At thirty years old this is a huge deal and she’s ready for the challenge. With this, she decides not to get involved with anyone from town. Until she accidentally does.
