About this deal

It’s an overall direction that succeeds in bringing his sound up to date while remaining authentic to who he is as an artist. As he explains: “It’s very, very personal. It doesn’t get more ‘me’ than this musically. The way this album was written and the way it came to fruition, I don’t think it could have been a purer process than this one.” On 12 November 2004 Lemar guested on Radio 1's Live Lounge and performed a cover of U2's song " Vertigo". He has also performed for Prince Charles' Prince's Trust. Along with Take Care and closing number Where Do We Get Off?, it’s one of the more poignant moments, highlighting Lemar’s versatility and the power in his vocals, which shine bright on Glorious! – the second on the record and a complete U-turn, which opens with a striking falsetto and features vocal contributions from singer and songwriter extraordinaire Jessica Agombar. Lemar appeared as a special guest on the UK Dates of Mary J. Blige's World Tour. His confirmed dates were at Birmingham's LG Arena, London's O2 Arena and Manchester's MEN Arena. The first date, in London, was on 2 November 2010. [1] It was also announced that Lemar would be the special guest on the UK dates of Enrique Iglesias' tour in 2011. [6] Marking the first original release from the Dance (With U) hitmaker in over a decade, the LP also features the single Future Love and is due later this month.

[1] Thus, he is considered the "most successful graduate. [3] I find it very hard to switch off. I’m a bit of a workaholic. When I’m asleep I switch off. That works. Apart from that it’s just doing the stuff that matters with my kids and my wife. Also my dad has had a bit of a rough patch, so whenever I can I try to spend a lot of time with him.

Singing contests will always be on TV. Even artists like Destiny’s Child and Usher did them. In that old form it’s probably a bit tired now but I do think there will always be a home for it. It’s just about it morphing into its next thing.
