Parker Finn's critically-acclaimed horror film starring Sosie Bacon will be available digitally on Paramount+ on November 15 with a 4K UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray arriving in stores on December 13. Although not plentiful, the extras do provide some quality content, particularly for fans interested in the production of the film. Deleted Scenes — Nearly a dozen minutes of them though none really added too much to the film. All are available with optional commentary by director Parker Finn.

Smile delivers a wonderful looking 2160p UHD 4K image with Dolby Vision that keeps the haunting atmosphere in tip-top shape. Flies on the Wall: Inside the Score” featurette. Composer Cristobal Tapia de Veer’s unusual score for the film featured a number of odd sounds worked into the music, and this featurette, presented without any narration or commentary (hence the “fly on the wall” reference) provides a look at how those sounds were achieved, using industrial tools and instruments. it’s an interesting – and often creepy – watch.
