About this deal

This journal will help you envision your ideal life and then identify the unconscious attachments that are preventing you from living it. It is easy to love someone when they are perfect, when they are soft and light, when they are filled with hope and happiness. But loving someone when they are wearing their flaws like an apology, when they are breaking down, or when they are carrying hurt within them—that is when it means the most. That is when you must show up for them.” Focus on the things that make you feel safe. The music, or the films, or the hands that make you feel like everything is blooming and awakening within you. Focus on the things that make you feel real, the things that make you feel whole. Truly focus—on the things that make you feel hope, on the small spaces in time that make you feel like it is all going to be okay, like you have a reason and a purpose and a right to be in the world. Just focus on the things that make you feel glad you are alive; focus on the things that feed your soul, and not only will you experience love—you will become it.” Self-compassion is key: Be gentle with yourself as you navigate your healing process. Treat yourself with kindness, understanding that scars represent battles fought and resilience gained.

Listen—I know what it is like to have a heart that does not know how to stop burning, to have hands that want to give until they have nothing left. I know what it feels like to have firewood for fingers, what it feels like to want to touch every cold soul you see, what it feels like to want to reignite every bone in a body. I know what it feels like to be misunderstood within this—to be loved and unloved because of your heat; but you cannot give up on yourself, you cannot ignore all that surges within you. If the world does not understand the way you burn, do not hide yourself away. Instead, set it on fire. Show them what you can do with all of that hope inside of you.” In a world that often values perfection and flawlessness, it is important to remember that imperfections are what make us unique. Our scars show that we have lived, experienced pain, and healed. They remind us that we are capable of overcoming adversity and coming out stronger on the other side. Emotionally, scars can represent moments of pain, heartache, or trauma. They may remind us of difficult experiences or challenges we have faced in our lives. But they also serve as symbols of growth and transformation. 66 the strength in our scars quotes I am not impressed by beauty anymore. It is not difficult or extraordinary to turn someone on. However, if you have the ability to inspire me, if you have the ability to stimulate my mind and stir my thoughts—well, that makes you magic.”Do not chase another human being. Instead, chase your curiosity. Chase your development and your goals. Chase your passion. Strive to work for something bigger than yourself, and instead of trying to convince someone that you fit within their world, strive to build your own.” Trust that some of the best days of your life haven’t even happened yet. There are going to be parties that leave you dancing until 6am, spontaneous adventures that teach you more than you ever learned in a classroom. There are going to be nights that will stay burned beneath your eyelids, memories that dance underneath your skin. Life is going to exceed your expectations, it is going to astonish you with its timing. tengo que decir que es un poemario que me recuerda mucho a evermore de taylor swift al mismo tiempo " See, you can’t unlove someone. You can’t get No matter what you’re going through, no matter where you are on your healing journey —you are strong.”

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this poem collection. It wasn't even poems, but prose with some poems inserted in-between. I can't say that I hated that, but it felt like sometimes you don't have place for your own thoughts, because the whole book was just a few poems and a LOT of explanatory prose after that. Plus the amount of repetitions was just too much. This is the book I didn’t know I needed. Reading it is like getting a hug from a friend. Have you ever felt like you didn’t deserve the good things in your life? This entire book will remind you that you’re worthy of all the love and care that you give to other people. We cannot love others if we don’t love ourselves first. This is a collective poetry book focused on healing. It will push you to understand that you must heal yourself and you must understand that the love that is right for you will find you. It really shows you how to fill your own life instead of living with a void. One such quote comes from renowned actress Angelina Jolie, who said, “I think scars are like battle wounds—beautiful in a way. They show what you’ve been through and how strong you are for coming out on the other side.” Her words highlight the beauty in our imperfections and remind us that our scars tell a story of survival.

In finding strength within our scars, we tap into a deep wellspring of inner power. We realize that what once caused us pain has now become a source of inspiration for ourselves and others around us. Our scars cease to be symbols of weakness but instead transform into badges of honor – reminders that we have emerged stronger than before. Inspirational Quotes About Scars from Celebrities and Everyday People creo que lo encontré en el momento adecuado de mi vida. porque me siento perdida y sola y a veces es lindo leer sobre alguien que le paso lo mismo pero que te ayuda a mejorar. One day you will meet someone who will break down your walls and stare into the depths of you. One day they will see the bruises on your soul, will hear about all of the terrible things you have done, and you will expect them to leave, but they won’t. They won’t. One day, you will meet someone who looks into the damage, who sees the wounds, the dark, and they will love you anyways. They will love you.”

maybe this is inspiring and profound if you A. are NOT severely mentally ill & have never attended therapy and B. a person who knows absolutely nothing about poetry (i.e. enjambment, line, form, structure, etc.)…What a shame it truly is— that some of us have lived our entire lives under the impression that the love we have been searching for was to be found, first and foremost, in anyone but ourselves.” Are you happy?” “In all honesty? No. But I am curious – I am curious in my sadness, and I am curious in my joy. I am everseeking, everfeeling. I am in awe of the beautiful moments life gives us, and I am in awe of the difficult ones. I am transfixed by grief, by growth. It is all so stunning, so rich, and I will never convince myself that I cannot be somber, cannot be hurt, cannot be overjoyed. I want to feel it all – I don’t want to cover it up or numb it. So no, I am not happy. I am open, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
