When the illuminator is activated, it will light up your surroundings almost like it’s broad daylight (ok, green-scale daylight, but you know what I mean). I am aware that the Spy Net Night Vision Infrared Stealth Binoculars are considered a toy so my expectations weren’t high. The Deerclops Eyeball is a pet-summoning item that has a 25*1/4 (25%) chance of dropping from the Deerclops in Master Mode. It summons a Tiny Deerclops that will follow the player around. If it is too far away from the player, a bird will carry it by its horn to continue following the player. After defeating Deerclops, it now only has a 25% chance to spawn again naturally under proper conditions. This was previously 100% chance. The Deerclops will occasionally stand in place and roar, inflicting the Slow debuff on all players for 12 / 24 / 30 seconds. If someone is using another set of Night Vision goggles, this light will be as bright as a spotlight. Make sure to keep this in mind, and test before you end up in a SHTF situation. To get right to it, players that want to spawn this new boss in Terraria must first craft a Deer Thing by combining three Flinx Fur, one Lens, and either five Crimtane Ore or five Demonite Ore at an Altar.
