I think it's pretty incredible that someone figured out how to make a juice protein. Just having something different to change things up is amazing. The only issue with this stuff and it really isn't a big deal, is that when you mix it, it foams up BIG TIME. Say you have a blender bottle with a scoop or two and add some water to the halfway point and mix....The entire bottle will be full after second. It turns to foam. Weird. But I guess that what you get when you turn regular protein into juice. After a minute or two it will settle and it will be almost as clear as water and not foamy. Perfectly mixed. It just foams like crazy when you mix it. Not a big deal but it should be mentioned. Again, the taste is really good and it does mix perfectly with no granules or anything left in the bottom. And it is GLUTEN FREE which is a huge plus for my wifey who has celiac.
