It reminds me of the way Christopher Nolan does sound. He lets dialog breathe in the scene, and that means that dialog can be captured at different volumes. I felt this really only affected the start of the movie, however. It's like "sound over distance" is being simulated here, which makes the audio more believable.

Dolby Vision UHD presentation captures a firm, fine, and filmic look that amplifies the content without overexaggerating it. The carryover soundexteriors like. The film is not abundantly brilliant and superfluously colorful, but tones throughout -- whether clothes, natural greens, the colors |It's literally because Weinstein owns the rights to all of those movies. It's the same reason there's no Dogma either. Ask Kevin Smith. No one in Hollywood wants to give any money to that guy. So if you didn't already want the man to die. Here's another reason.

I think the main reason is everyone linked to the films is either too rich and fat, getting face surgery or in jail. The transfer is gorgeous. The movie has never looked this good ever on home video. I remember watching this on Laserdisc, I can still remember how it looks to this day. This 4K transfer is absolutely excellent! At no point does the film grain break up into digital noise. That's my biggest thing. Sure, we have analog artifacts from the camera, but please...I don't want the image to look digital. Thankfully, it doesn't. It looks like film. It looks analog, and that's a thing of beauty. When movies are bought to 4K Blu-ray, this is what I want. Minimal digital work done and allow this great format to capture that. We have that here with this transfer.
