For example, your teddy might have dropped some rubbish and you can show teddy what they should have done with the rubbish Please bring one of your homemade instruments to the meeting if you can or, if you have your ownmusical instrument at home such as a drum or a shaker, then you could bring that instead.
Anno’s Counting Book - Education Development Center
Last week, you used your own homemade instruments to play loud and quiet sounds, as well as different tempos. If you enjoyed the sequences activity, then you could have a go at making up your own sequences using the acorn and oak tree pictures. This week, you are going to use your homemade musical instruments (or your own instrument or your hands!)to have another go at playing loud and quiet sounds but this time, you are going to be following some simple sequences which will tell you when to play your instrument loudly and when to play them quietly.

Please look at the picture in the files below from a book called 'Anno's Counting Book'. Today we are looking at 10. Again you will need to rotate the image. Make a model out of Lego or other building materials showing me ways that we can look after the world There is no live Teams meeting at 9.15 today but I will see your child for live RWI and Mrs Bailey will see them for her Teams meeting this afternoon at 12:45pm. Please don't worry if you don't have anything to bring - you can use your own instrument - your hands!

If you need any ideas. I have the pictures and an information PowerPoint in the files section to help you. Talk about what your child notices. Encourage them to subitise and talk about what they can see without counting if they can. e.g when talking about the children; "I can see 5 and a 5 which makes 10".
