After looking into this teaching, it is evident that this teaching turns the Good News into ‘okay’ news. For many, what I am writing won’t be relevant at all because you may not have heard of this teaching. But for others, it will be and possibly be confronting. But I confront to bring freedom. (As an aside, I’m not sure how we grant God anything. To do so would effectively make us God). Father, today, I come humbly before Your throne requesting Your divine intervention in the mater of ____________ . FATHER You are the God who removes the reproach. Today, I ask You Lord to take up my case regarding __________. Would you please Lord grant Your favor towards me in this matter. I knew then for certain i was forgiven and that was the end of the matter. There have been other visions i have had which have been comforting in my times of testing, to remind me i am a son of the most high God and judge. He sees everything. He honors me because of Jesus, I’m now family. Satan is our Prosecutor: For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. If you’ve only read about the court of accusation, as is true of most critics, your concern is understandable. It does seem like a place of powerlessness. There isn’t much glory there. His blood, the resurrection and ascension fixed that.Father, according to ( Colossians 2:14 ) all the written ordinances that would speak against me are now silenced by the Blood of Yeshua. Thank You that all cases against me in the spirit realm are removed by virtue of Yeshua’s sacrifice on Calvary. I write this because I spent many years subscribing to similar types of teachings and systems to try and twist God’s arm to act on my behalf. These do not reflect the exceptionally Good News of what Jesus achieved. For the record, I also enjoy the prophetic and the things of the Spirit. So let me get straight into it. Additionally, the word for Advocate is parakletos. This is the same word that is used to describe the Holy Spirit as Comforter. While a legitimate rending of the term is “advocate”, some scholars don’t believe it’s the only rendering for this word.
