A newly discovered picture of Curious George (taken in late 2004) clearly shows that he's doing great. Our first view of George sees him living free and happy within a commune in North Africa, where he performs for money to passing tourists. Some studies suggest that in some animals, homosexual pairings actually make up more than half of the interactions – giraffes and whales for example! What can the audience expect when wandering into Queer Planet – tell us all about the music, dancing and other general wackiness. George fell of the Wagon and partied for days with Hundley, afterwhich the two began planning to murder The Man in The Yellow Hat.

The audience becomes George's parade of beautifully queer creatures and George becomes some of the animals too. In much the same way that Adam Mansbach's "Go The F*K To Sleep" isn't meant for children, neither is "Bi-Curious George.

One of the main things I love about cabaret and drag is that it’s a conversation – it’s dynamic and the audience are part of it. The founding members of Trans Voices – Ilā (they/them/she/her) and Coda (they/them) will perform original vocal soundscapes that are utterly distinctive. Once I got a bit more in touch with my queerness and its fluidity, the two things seemed very connected. There’ll be singing and dancing, giltz and glam and all sorts of ridiculous behaviour as well as guest performances from some of Londons most iconic drag performers. Queer audiences and their friends can enjoy stand-up comedy knowing they’ll be hearing relevant, relatable, and most importantly of all, rib-ticklingly funny comedy that reflects their own lives.

A number of individuals from the neighborhood frequently visit George and his companions throughout the stories, and although the characters are never named it is clear from the imagery used as to the professions of the visitors. Please note: on Sunday when the National Theatre building is closed there is no step-free access from the car park. The show takes a kaleidoscopic look at the queer relations and expressions of animals in the jungle. With a style that blends spooky and sexy, Miss Terri Boxx is a one-of-a-kind performer that will most definitely leave you thrilled.
