The winner went through to the Supermatch Game (with the appropriate "Supermatch Game" theme tune, which was nearly as inane as the "Blankety Blank" one).The poor-quality prizes on Blankety Blank became a running joke throughout the show's various runs, particularly during the Dawson era.
