I am an adult who prefers middle grade books with literary merit (The Last Cuentista) or those with humor that amuses both children and grownups (It's the End of the World and I'm in My Bathing Suit. These students who only kind if sort of know each other now have to work together to get through this school escape room. They then spell out any understandings gained from new discoveries, so young readers can learn how to solve mysteries along with the characters.

I listened to the audiobook on Audible that was voiced by Rebecca and Matt, and they did a fine job of narrating. But will she and her classmates be able to work together to solve the puzzles and escape their school before time runs out?
