About this deal

Born in Kolkata, India, the son of a bank director, Mosley studied philosophy, politics and economics at New College, Oxford before working for two years as a banker in the City of London. Instead of harping on the negatives, Dr Mosley highlights the benefits of standing for a few minutes at least once every hour. Chatting to experts and road-testing all of his tips, he enlists the help of some special guests to help you find that one small thing that could really make a difference to how you feel every day. This book is based on his podcast of the same name and essentially comprises a whole heap of simple, easy to include in daily life habits that have the potential to improve your health and wellbeing. I was shocked to read about the direct relationship between longevity and the ability to stand on one leg with your eyes closed.
