The Bond Street Distillery - Bond Street Mince Pie Gin
Simply combine 50ml Mulled Gin, 20ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup and 1 egg white in a shaker without ice. Pour around 100ml Champagne or Prosecco into a chilled flute and top with 50ml Sugar Plum Gin Liqueur. Mince pies, once baked, will keep for a few days in an air-tight tin but the bottoms may become soggy.
And while cooks would once have stirred a penny into each and every pudding, our copper stills ensure the end result is a sensationally smooth gin. Enjoy this seasonal sip by the fire and let the gin’s roasted chestnut, chocolate, caramel, biscuit and orange notes add to the warming scene. Take note - the quantities we’ve provided below will give you at least two (quite strong) Mince Pie Martinis - well, we think it’s unlikely one will be enough! A sweet taste with hints of mince pies with raisins, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg all adding to the Christmassy taste with a long sweet finish that lingers in the mouth. Once you have subscribed your subscription is active within immediate effect to take advantage of the exclusive offers, discounts and more.
