the first bag we bought (the upgraded one) took a beating and the stitches were coming apart and the insulated lining on the inside wasn’t attached to the fabric anymore… the lids on the tupperwares never stayed clasped fully either, which the new ones we bought do (thankfully). Possibly what I like the most from the Luncheaze is how simple is to wash the metal container and its plastic lid.

The wait time to heat up our lunch can be long at times and we are only allowed 30 minutes so every minute is precious and the convenience of having a luncheaze is awesome! My work day is normally pretty busy and no matter what I can always count on my lunch being nice and hot. The lunchEAZE is perfect for construction workers or to anyone who doesn’t have access to a microwave at all times. Having the ability to pack a hot lunch for my husband each day has made a tremendous difference in the quality of his eating.As an HVAC field technician I am always in a different part of town and do not have a set place to warm up food. Writing this review to Warn people that this could happen to them and theres a serious fire risk if left un checked. I have a few things about this lunch box I would change if I could, for example the containers are small, if you work 12 hour or more shifts it wont be enough food.

I gave it 4 stars instead of five because they can improve the lids as the shut that well all the way around but enough so that the food doesnt leak , also they reccomend keeping the lunchbox in the insulated bag while heating up your food . Being able to make sure my hard working husband who works long hours and is unable to leave off the site to get food makes all the difference in the world! They provide food for us free , however not knowing where I am on a consistent basis I’m stuck with alot of walking when I want dinner . The lunch box is made from food-grade plastic and stainless steel with separate compartments for every part of your meal, and the stainless steel tray is removable for easy cleaning.This is such a great product , I work in the engineering department at the largest casino in the world , I never know what tower in going to be working in . The insulated bag is great, I also purchased the utensils which I like because when I am done they fit in the container. My first unit would only get up to 170 degrees so I reached out and they immediately responded (I’m talking within an hour and it was 11pm on a Friday night) and rushed a new unit out to me.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to the insulation between the top and bottom compartments. Not only is it convinient but youll get your moneys worth, the amount of money you save bringing in your own lunch and having a hot meal really makes or breaks your bank in the long run.I work in mostly new construction projects and many time there isn’t power at the site or there wasn’t enough power cords available to hook up a microwave. It does have a slight plastic smell, but it does go away after the first few uses since it is a brand spanking new lunch box. The food is always hot when it’s time to eat (I literally have to let it cool down a little before I can eat).
