About this deal

Here at BabyBabyOnline we offer Card Payments, Paypal, BAC's and we now offer 2 more Payment Options. This means when you purchase from Bubs n Grubs, you will get a genuine Australian manufacturers warranty and all of our products comply with Australian Safety Standards. Mind you - I'll be using it with newborn this summer so by the time he's sitting up and wanting to see out I could swap to the other. The best thing about it is that it packs up so small (it comes in a little bag)so I just keep it in the pushchair tray all the time in case I need it. DS doesn't seem to notice the protect-a-bub as it's really just an extra "hood" - proved invaluable on hols!

Manufacturers warranty with each product varies (this will usually be stated in the manuals of your product). The shade is one of the most effective on the market today, blocking UV rays with a UPF50+ sun visor, the highest UPF fabric rating available. You can fold up the front bits so its just a canopy too and as the fabric is quite stiff it holds in place. If your product becomes faulty, we will do our very best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Def recommend them, quite a few of my friends use them and on a normal pushair they completely cover baby uv shade-wise but they can still fully see where they are going.

It also doesn't pack very small - the mesh is quite "hard" - the koo di stuff looks like softer fabric, so probably packs smaller.

DD2 manages to lean forward and lift the bottom up to peer out from underneath, while DD1 managed to get out from under it and lay on it like a hammock. Also folds down to nothing to put inside your changing bag when not using and you attach it the pushchair with just two ties. I've had people ask me what it is and when I tell them they seem particularly impressed and one little old dear even said how much better it was that "them flimsy parasols! I have to be the voice of dissent here - I got a shade-a-babe and sent it back, it was nothing like I thought it was going to be - it was very stiff fabric, I thought it would be more soft and sort of drape over the pushchair.

See picture 2 for full specifications but protects little ones from the sun, wind and insects and can be used for naps. Probably me being a bit thick but then someone told me they don't fit well on rear facing pushchairs (mine's a loola) so it wasn't just me! I have a shade a babe and think it's fab - used it all last summer - you just fold the insect nect thing under the hood bit if that makes sense, so you don't need to use it really in this country anyway. We will do our best to give you the best service reasonably possible if you have any problem with your purchase.
