About this deal

Especially tall or short parents might want to take the Clic for a test run before taking the plunge, though. Venturing outside of town saw the Clic cope admirably with country walks on reasonably smooth grass, hardpack and gravel paths, and it was light enough to carry over stiles and gates when required. That even though it’s marketed from newborn upwards, I don’t think the stroller is suitable for babies younger than three or four months old. Now, the brand has kept their heritage pushchair as-well as creating new modern pushchairs and furniture.

I’d argue that if you’re going on holiday, planning on travelling a lot with your baby, or want a compact stroller to keep in the boot of the car it is 100% worth it. The Silver Cross Clic is an April 2021 release ultra-compact stroller with an elegant, stylish edge. I will not be using this again, it falls over at the slightest lean to the side from the child which resulted in my child hitting his head on the floor.Thankfully, this couldn’t be easier: you simply unhook the folding latch on the side of the stroller, grab the large grey button in the centre of the handle, and a sharp upward tug unfolds the stroller. For this configuration you would require the additional tandem seat and the included tandem adaptors. I love knowing that the stroller will grow with my daughter and I can see us getting great use of it up until she’s a toddler.

In addition, Motion All Size 360 was named best baby, toddler and child car seat in ADAC’s 2022 Autumn Test, achieving the best score in its class. When your baby starts to look like they are outgrowing the insert we would recommend to start removing it in stages. The First Bed Folding Carrycot is suitable for overnight sleeping, with a roomy design and ventilated base. The compact folding carrycot is a smaller option, perfect for parents with limited storage space, and comes with a handy travel bag. The Dream ISOFIX base offers greater convenience, allowing the Dream infant carrier to be easily installed and removed from the vehicle. The adaptors fit at the bottom of the chassis and allow you to attach the tandem seat in the lower position, as well as the pushchair seat or carrycot at the top.

Occasionally, I did find the side safety catch gets caught, which you need to manually unlatch before it will come together. Clic comes in a choice of 5 colourways, all with sustainable jersey fabrics, and has an integrated pop-out shoulder strap so it can be carried if your little one wants to get out and walk or when not in use. However, we're aware children grow at different rates and use of the seat unit pre 6 months would be down to parental discretion. It makes your life easier with a full lie-flat strap recline of the non-reversible seat, the hood extended by a large sun visor, and the one-hand fold with an integrated carry strap under the seat. The five new colours – Sage, Roebuck, Magnet, Almond and Space – are all crafted using an anti-crease sustainable jersey fabric woven with yarn crafted from recycled plastic bottles. The Simplifix Isofix Base offers greater convenience, allowing infant carriers to be easily installed and removed from the vehicle. The Silver Cross Clic allows you and your family to travel with ease on those everyday journeys, thanks to the abundance of comfortable and practical features. I found the Silver Cross Clic incredibly easy to fold and unfold, and even better, I could do it one-handed - a big bonus if you have more than one child.

The little wheels are understandably more prone to getting snagged than bigger-wheeled rivals and there’s no suspension per se, but the soft rubber tyres roll smoothly on pavement and soak up smaller bumps nicely. If you’re comfortable grabbing the stroller and lifting it with both hands (I was) then the stroller is easy and light enough to take on and off public transport. The Clic comes with a 5-point safety harness which is fab, and definitely makes babies more secure, but can be a little fiddly when they’re having a good wriggle or screaming the place down. With an integrated pull-out shoulder strap, Clic’s also easy to carry when your little one’s ready to get out and explore. This was fine for short distances but could become a real issue for anyone substantially over 6ft tall.

The seat is roomy and has adjustable straps and an adjustable footrest, allowing it to fit babies and toddlers.
