I'm always surprised how much Alex has been through in a short amount of time and i always think huge amounts of time has passed during each book and its always mentioned hes a 14 year old boy and that still shocks me. The man later turns the tables on him, but Alex finds that he is Ben Daniels, an MI6 agent who had trained with him before. Drevin is killed and Alex is sent into space, moving the bomb to prevent the wreckage from entering the atmosphere. The series currently comprises fourteen novels, as well as six graphic novels, seven short stories, and a supplementary book. Alex is then sent to a hospital in the Australian rainforest where he is to be used as an unwilling donor for illegal organ transplants, to pay for his damage to SCORPIA both in the 'Invisible Sword' project and on the Liberian Star.Alex is captured by Scorpia, and manages to help his long-time friend and caregiver after his uncle's death, Jack, (who has also been captured) escape. And of course, watching Alex escape from impossible situations using courage and creative solutions is always fun.
