These well-blended fresh notes (lemon, watermelon and bergamot) and spicy accords produced a very elegant, sophisticated, modern and at the same time casual scent. He is coquettishly modest, because in his chic house simple designer furniture reigns, loosened up by real works of art.

Some people say that it looks like 212 or blue de Chanel, that may be a little true, but I find it more beautiful than its all. Top, middle and basenotes all have the smell chemical finish and it's incredibly boring, so much that it doesn't actually annoy me at all.It can easily be mistaken as a 4hr old Blue de Chanel or Allure homme sport without the grapefruit/citrus blast that Bleu or Allure homme sport has. That's how Blue de and Sauvage catches a lot of people and Chic's opening while familiar or "generic" as the others are, would be very appealing to a lot of people.

It is floral (I detect mostly fresh rose and freesia) and sweet (in a 00's way), but somehow it smells like berries on me. I'd choose this over lots of other mainstream fodder just for the fresh fruitiness of that melon note.

That said, it's actually a good fragrance, it smells fresh with some hint of fruits in the opening and it would never offend any one, it's very safe and elegant, the performance is below average in my experience, 30 minutes of projection, and 3-4 hours sitting close to the skin and then it's gone. Alone Chic, we are very similar to the first 212, just a little more pleasant, and I dare say noble .

The watermelon, the feature of this scent in my opinion, is not authentic but it's pleasant nonetheless. I even compared the older bottle with the new one and it smells completely different, like a totally different perfume! I really think anyone can pull this one off because it has a very good balance between a fresh and sweet opening combined with a warm seductive base that maintains some sweetness.Perfume for all occasions, and for various purposes, night and day, and all seasons of the year, but it is creative at moderate temperatures, and even ages, so everyone can wear it . Getting more spicy with the cinnamon and cardamon, and I do get a light wiff of the watermelon, or at least melon.

So on both vacations, two of the three scents that I bought were the creations of Alberto Morrillas!
