To pray with confidence, we must humble ourselves and turn away from sin, anger, bitterness and grudges: Remember that Jesus is praying too. In corporate prayer, we have the assurance of Christ’s presence (Matthew 18:20) and the promise of his intercession (Hebrews 7:25). A Christian never — never! — prays alone. And this is the confidence which we have toward him: Everything that we ask him according to his will, he hears for us.For our Volunteers, as they process all they have seen in Zambia; that they will be inspired and motivated bu their experiences. And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. Why are we so spiritually impotent and fruitless today compared to the first-century Christians? I believe the answer is found in the word unbelief.

Dear Lord, it is in confidence that I approach you. I know that you will grant me everything I ask from you if it is part of your plan for my life. I need your Spirit to walk with me, Lord.
