About this deal

Access to the case's interior is simple, with effortless assembly features such as the push and hold lock on the top panel, screw-free and easy! Keeping style and performance in mind, both the top and side panels of the O11D EVO XL are crafted from aluminum with fine mesh, providing a high-end appearance yet delivering superior cooling compared to the O11D XL.

The three-fan test is more comparable to our old O11 results since they utilized the same type of fans, and 50.The lack of a PSU shroud and the extra height of the XL means that GPU air coolers have tons of room to breathe: the blades of our GPU’s cooler sit about 18cm above the case floor with it mounted in the top PCIe slot.

I don't know for sure, but wonder if that may be an influence on not being available on the normal configurator. Plenty of space is available in the O11D EVO XL for accommodating modern, powerful, and large components.

This likewise made our standardized fan test tricky, since we usually do two 140mm front intake fans and one 120mm rear exhaust. For the vertical installation of a second graphics card, a second riser cable is required, which is also available from Lian Li (GELI-822). The O11 Dynamic series from LIAN LI is developed in collaboration with DER8AUR, a world-renowned German overclocking, water cooling, and gaming evangelist. That’s good news for the side-intake configuration, since our baseline arrangement has two 140mm fans at the bottom of the case pushing cool air straight into the GPU. Just some of the innovations Lian Li has made to the O11D EVO XL include an increased case size, better ventilation, removable front support pillar, and highly flexible internal configuration.

Note: Distribution panel is supplied without pump, you can either use the panel as a reservoir and pipe an external pump to it as normal or you can install a Barrow Waterway panel pump directly to the board (Similar to DDC) for a neater look. Can any case, from any configurator, be chosen for any other build configurator, provided it's suitable for the proposed build? As a result, DER8AUER’s seal of approval is elegantly displayed beside the LIAN LI logo, standing as a statement of quality and reliability. Finance is only available to permanent UK residents aged >18, subject to status, terms and conditions apply. The Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL (ROG Certified) Midi Tower offers plenty of room for powerful gaming hardware.Offers multiple easily accessible storage mounting locations that support up to 7 × SSDs or 4 × HDDs + 3 × SSDs. We also ran tests with four of the 120mm Bora fans that Lian Li sent us along with the original O11, first with just three side intake and then with the fourth added as rear exhaust. The adjustable motherboard tray can move up and down with three levels of height to fit different fan and radiator combination.

The HAF X has a side intake fan that points directly at the GPU and the SL600M uses two 200mm fans at the bottom, so even though we used some fairly nice Noctua fans for our baseline the O11 XL is putting itself in good company. An ATX power supply unit is installed towards the rear bottom left and may be 210 millimetres in length. Adding the fourth fan as exhaust didn’t significantly improve temperatures either, but at least having an exhaust fan biasing airflow towards the top of the case didn’t hinder performance. The fully open bottom panel, along with three dust filters ensures uncompromised airflow while effectively keeping dust out of the chassis. Because the O11’s case design makes use of width as well as length, even the XL version doesn’t seem large. If you install three 360 mm radiators at the same time, slim radiators should be used in the roof and next to the motherboard.
