The Continuous shooting menu now has 4 settings. L(ow),M(edium), H(igh) and S(uper)H(igh) – Respectively 3, 4, 5 and 8 fps.

I wrote about this function in my X70 review and it’s basically the same. I would love for Fujifilm to implement this in RAW files as well, so you get a predefined 16MP 50mm eq crop and 12 mp 75mm eq crop when you load your RAW files (just like the Leica Q does) I hoped that there would be, but I’m not impervious to the fact that it would have meant a larger camera as a result of implementing such a thing. If you want to shoot at macro distances with this lens and you want sharp images you need to stop it down to f/4. Fussiness, or acting abnormally, which doesn't improve even after taking medications to bring down the fever

While the improvement in image quality is minimal, it’s important to consider other features when making a decision. Personally, I appreciate the tilting/touch screen that enhances the user experience, and I’m pleased with the improved optical quality of the lens for short focus distances. The weather sealing provides added peace of mind, and the Eye Detection AF is now more useful with continuous AF. While I personally have less interest in 4K video, as these cameras are not primarily for extensive movie recording, it is a nice extra feature to have. My good friend who manages our local camera store suggested the X100F as it was in the same price range as a Prime. ... Done! (We had discussed this option since the first X100.) The AF motor seems to be the same, featuring an external focusing mechanism. Fujifilm has not mentioned any improvements regarding this in their press release, and based on my experience, the performance is pretty much unchanged. The menu system, flash menu and general operation of the Fujifilm X100F is exactly like the X-Pro2.
