Having adopted a rabbit a long time ago and then vying for a hedgehog sometime later, I started getting the question of whether they would get along. So, I researched a lot about it. After that, I began to wonder whether rabbits can get along with other pets as well. Who do they get along with, and who they don’t? So, I decided to write this post. I tried several times, but it just doesn’t work for me. They create a little crunch here and there, but otherwise they mainly dissolve which isn’t for me. However, it’s why I used malt powder in them, and then dollops of the spread. I wanted to have the ‘malt’ flavour in there, but not waste loads of Maltesers in the process. Spread Plus, they are intelligent enough for you to train them. These gentle giants will hop around the house and sit in your lap when kept indoors.

This really is the lighter way to enjoy chocolate! They are one of the more energetic breeds on this list. So, they will need a lot of space for exercise and daily activity to keep healthy. I bloody LOVE Malteser Bunnies! They’re my go to when I’m in the Easter isle. You can’t dip a Creme Egg in a cup of tea, and if you can’t dip it, I don’t want to know! A Malteser Bunny however, dip that bad lad in your afternoon cuppa and you’re on cloud 9. The most delicious treat ever. If they've been in for an hour, but are still looking a bit undone, remove from the oven, cool completely, and leave in the fridge for an hour before cutting.

Rabbits and Hares should be fine with some caveats. They come from the same family tree Leporidae. But, there are differences. Hares are a bit longer and reside mostly in the wild. They can be quite unfriendly to interactions, unlike rabbits. In the wild, hares and rabbits do not mate with each other. Do not place the ganache in the fridge to set as it may become too firm. If this happens, give it a good mix and it will soften up again. Do not try to reheat or it may split.
